As a Life Sciences Conference Producer, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and delivering high-quality conferences that provide cutting-edge insights to industry professionals. You will work closely with key opinion leaders, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure the success of each event.

The Role:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical sectors.
Develop engaging and innovative conference agendas that attract senior-level attendees.
Identify and secure top-tier speakers, panellists, and industry experts.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure maximum event reach and sponsorship opportunities.
Manage event timelines, ensuring all aspects of the conference production process run smoothly.
Work closely with logistics teams to deliver seamless event execution.
Evaluate conference success through post-event analysis and attendee feedback.

About You:

Proven experience as a Conference Producer in a B2B setting within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry.
Strong research skills with the ability to identify industry trends and develop relevant conference themes.
Excellent project management abilities and attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
