The Position:
In this recently established role, pivotal to the Companies trajectory of growth, the Partnership Manager will collaborate with the companies expansive network to foster sustained success. Reporting to the Spain Country Manager, the FX Partnership manager role encompasses the cultivation of partner relationships, augmentation of referral numbers, assurance of exemplary service, and the generation of new business revenue in accordance with predefined targets.
Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with partners, with a goal of generating up to £12,000 in new annual revenue.
• Elevate referral numbers from managed partners.
• Provide comprehensive training to partners, aimed at enhancing the quantity and quality of referrals.
• Attain new business revenue targets through adept management of partner referrals.
• Facilitate seamless information transfer between teams for effective referral conversion.
• Consistently embody and exemplify the Company core values.
