The Role

My client is seeking an ambitious and strategic SAAS Tech Sales Manager who can lead a UK-based Sales tech team. This is a pivotal opportunity to shape there venue trajectory across the UK market

To succeed as a SAASTech Sales Manager, you'll need a track record of managing and growing outbound SaaS or tech sales teams. Ideally within high-growth startup or scaleup settings. A deep understanding of full-cycle sales and the dynamics between BDRs and AEs is essential.

As a SAAS Tech Sales Manager, your role will encompass full-cycle sales leadership such as prospecting strategy to deal closure. Additionally taking ownership of revenue targets and steer performance through effective coaching, streamlined pipeline management, and results-oriented KPIs.

You will:

  • Lead the charge on UK revenue delivery while implementing clear goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Attract ,nurture, and retain a high-performing sales team.
  • Foster a collaborative and feedback-rich environment aligned with company values.
  • Workhand-in-hand with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimise every stage of the customer journey.
  • Analyse key metrics and provide  transparent weekly, monthly, and quarterly  sales reporting.
  • Champion scalable processes and ensure the smart use of best-in-class tools across the team.

Ideal background

  • A background in growing SAAS or Tech Sales teams(high growth/scaleup scenarios)
  • An enthusiasm for sales training and nurturing talent
  • Data driven mindset/strong analytical skills
  • Drive and adaptability ,a sales manager who thrives well under pressure in a growing fast paced high growth business.

Highly Desirable: FMCG or CPG HubSpot or Salesforce.
