Position Overview
My global Client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sponsorship Sales Professional to join their team on a commission-only basis. The ideal Sponsorship Sales professional will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in securing sponsorships, and will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing sponsorship with clients who seek buyers to an exclusive presentation / dinner(s) within the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Identify Potential Sponsors: Research and identify potential sponsors whose values and objectives align with our events, programs, or initiatives.
Develop Sponsorship Proposals: Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations tailored to the needs and objectives of potential sponsors.
Sales Outreach: Initiate contact and build relationships with potential sponsors through cold calls, emails, meetings, and networking events.
Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate sponsorship agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and clear understanding of deliverables and expectations.
Close Deals: Secure sponsorship agreements, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with sponsors, ensuring satisfaction and fulfilment of sponsorship agreements.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies.
Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and outcomes, providing regular updates to management.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a strong emphasis on sponsorship sales or a related field.
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation and proposal development abilities.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Knowledge: Understanding of marketing, branding, and the sponsorship landscape.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Compensation
This position is commission-only, with competitive commission rates based on the value of secured sponsorship deals.
Additional performance-based incentives may be offered.

Tools: Must have access to a reliable computer, internet connection, and phone.
