Key Responsibilities:

Embark on a compelling professional journey as the esteemed Sponsorship Sales Executive. Within this role, you will intricately engage with a diverse global client base, strategically securing marketing spend for paid-for and sponsor-led events, placing a distinct emphasis on the optimization of sponsorship opportunities. Furthermore, your responsibilities extend to meticulously exploring supplementary marketing avenues, including advertising, to enhance and diversify revenue streams.

 

In addition to these pivotal duties, you will play a crucial role in cultivating and nurturing existing client relationships. Simultaneously, you will proactively initiate connections with prospective clients through sophisticated and effective communication strategies, coupled with comprehensive research methodologies. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the clients global presence and impact through the meticulous execution of sponsorship sales initiatives.

 

Collaborate with the events team and Commercial Manager to align sponsorships with company objectives for premier events in the energy transition sector. Contribute to global agenda creation and manage partnerships for events and seminar series.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Drive sponsorship revenue growth globally.

Lead sponsorship outreach for all global events, including conferences and seminars.

Manage client interactions and cultivate networks across regions.

Coordinate with the events team and wider business to ensure sponsorships align with company objectives.

Grow and develop global and regional accounts, maximizing marketing spend across the product portfolio.

Requirements:

•Minimum 3+ years’ experience in sponsorship sales or a similar b2b role.

•Experience in sponsorship sales for events or related roles.

•Personable attitude with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and represent the business across the world.

•Organised and structured approach to maintain an ongoing sales cycle throughout the year across a growing set of clients.

•Motivated to maintain and grow a book of business, independently researching new prospective clients.

•Good communication skills: able to interact with the internal team and external clients.
